'Vedaa' box office collection falls further on Day 6
The much-anticipated Bollywood movie, Vedaa, has recorded a low box office collection on its sixth day of release. The film, directed by Nikkhil Advani and starring John Abraham, Sharvari, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Abhishek Banerjee in key roles, earned around ₹0.6 crore net in India across all languages. This brings the total six-day collection to an estimated ₹16.1 crore net.
'Vedaa' records 15.6% Hindi occupancy on Day 6
On its opening day, Vedaa had garnered ₹6.3 crore net, with the Hindi version contributing the majority share. However, the collection dropped significantly by 71.43% on the second day to ₹1.8 crore net. The film managed to pick up over the weekend, earning ₹2.7 crore and ₹3.2 crore net on Saturday and Sunday respectively, but witnessed another drop on Monday to ₹1.5 crore net.
'Vedaa' records low theater occupancy in major regions
On its sixth day, Vedaa recorded an overall Hindi occupancy of 15.6% in theaters. The film saw the highest occupancy during night shows at 24.19%, followed by afternoon shows at 15.23%, evening shows at 14.82%, and morning shows at 8.16%. In major regions, the film recorded the highest overall theater occupancy in Jaipur (28.75%) and the lowest in Chandigarh (7.5%).
