'Rannbhoomi': Varun-Shashank's next outing with Dharma is a war spectacle
The superhit producer-director-actor trio of Karan Johar, Shashank Khaitan and Varun Dhawan has announced its third film together after 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania' and 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania.' Unlike what many would have expected, their new project isn't the third film in the 'Dulhania' series but is a war film called 'Rannbhoomi.' Here's more.

An ambitious project
The film promises to be a mega cinematic spectacle filled with grandeur and massive action sequences. Essentially a love story, 'Rannbhoomi' will enthrall us all on Diwali in 2020. Speaking about the project, Karan said, "The film is Shashank's colossal and ambitious imagination to attempt a hat-trick with Varun and Dharma Productions."
Shashank is all pumped up for 'Rannbhoomi'
Shashank said, "It is a warrior film, which showcases love, relationships, sacrifices, revenge, and heroism. I remember, I began developing it in December 2015 and shared the idea with Varun, who got excited about it. Now, Karan has given us the wings to fly."
