One of the highest-paid celebrities of India who has been featuring on 'Forbes India's 'Celebrity 100' list since 2014, Varun Dhawan, is a popular actor in Bollywood. After pursuing a degree in business management from the United Kingdom, he returned to Mumbai and worked as an assistant director with Karan Johar on the film 'My Name is Khan' (2010). In 2012, Dhawan made his Bollywood debut with 'Student of the Year' alongside two newcomers, Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt. The film became one of the highest-grossing films and got Dhawan the Best Male Debut nomination at Filmfare Awards. The following years, he was cast in 'Main Tera Hero', 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania', 'Badlapur', 'ABCD 2', and many more movies. After the release of 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' and 'Judwaa 2', the actor established himself as a "bona fide Bollywood superstar." In January 2021, Dhawan got married to his long-time girlfriend, Natasha Dalal. As of 2021, he is filming for 'Jug Jugg Jeeyo'.
