Tiger Shroff to headline new action franchise called 'Ganapath'
Tiger Shroff is on a movie announcement spree! The 30-year-old star on Thursday announced yet another action movie titled Ganapath. It will be directed by Vikas Bahl and produced collaboratively by Bahl, Vashu Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Jackky Bhagnani. The film is reportedly set in a post-pandemic, dystopian era. Tiger shared a motion poster for the movie on Instagram. In the poster, his character can be seen standing on a heap of rubble, with fire raging all around him. In a voiceover, he said, "Jab apun darta hai na, tab apun bohot maarta hai (When I get scared, I hit a lot)." The project is apparently planned as a film series.
'Get ready for more action, thrill and entertainment'
Alongside the motion poster, Tiger wrote, "This one is special for me, and especially for you guys! Presenting Ganapath - Get ready for more action, thrill and entertainment (sic)."

Excited about working on the project, Tiger said in a statement, "This film is different for me from the rest of the films I have done till date because of the character I play." "After multiple conversations with (co-producers) Vikas and Jackky, the script and scale look promising. I am really looking forward to this one," he added.
Tiger also has 'Baaghi 4' and 'Heropanti 2' in pipeline
Just a few days ago, Tiger had announced two action movies - Baaghi 4 and Heropanti 2. In fact, he is expected to kick-off filming for Heropanti 2 this December. Interestingly, the actor had made his Bollywood debut with Heropanti in 2014. Baaghi 4, on the other hand, is touted to be the biggest film of the popular action franchise.
