Tiger Shroff to star in 'Baaghi 4,' 'Heropanti 2'
Tiger Shroff fans, rejoice! The actor is all set to team up once again with producer Sajid Nadiadwala and director Ahmed Khan for high-octane action movies Baaghi 4 and Heropanti 2. Nadiadwala's production company recently made the announcement, writing, "With Sajid Nadiadwala's Heropanti 2 going on floors, Baaghi 4 makes its way soon (sic)." Here are more details on this.

'Baaghi 4' to be the biggest film of the franchise
While Baaghi 4 is touted to be the biggest film of the popular franchise, Heropanti 2 is expected to go on floors this December. Interestingly, Tiger had made his Bollywood debut with Heropanti in 2014. Directed by Sabbir Khan, the film also starred Kriti Sanon and Prakash Raj. Reportedly, the two movies will be shot across 25 countries.
A brief about the 'Baaghi' series
While the first part of the Baaghi series released in 2016 and featured Shraddha Kapoor in the lead alongside Tiger, the second installment starred Disha Patani with Tiger. Baaghi 3 released this year and featured Tiger with Shraddha and Riteish Deshmukh. Baaghi was directed by Sabbir Khan, whereas Baaghi 2 and Baaghi 3 were directed by Ahmed Khan.
'Baaghi' series is super successful at box office
The Baaghi series has been super successful at the box office. While the debut installment earned Rs. 76 crore, Baaghi 2 and Baaghi 3 collected Rs. 164 crore and Rs. 93 crore, respectively. The third part of the series, released in March, failed to do good business as soon after its release, theaters across the country were shuttered due to COVID-19 pandemic.
However, the series has been panned by critics
However, the action series has received mostly poor reviews. In our review of Baaghi 3, we wrote, "It would be both unfair and unwise to expect a lot from a movie like Baaghi 3...It is just your regular dose of escapist filmmaking and popcorn entertainment."
