When probed further, she revealed, "I don't work out as much as I should. I follow some basics about avoiding oily and sugary foods and that is about it. There is nothing special about my regimen."

Tabu makes her scrubs using seal salt, petroleum jelly
When it comes to maintaining her skin, Tabu avoids the scrubs that are available in the market, and makes her own using sea salt and petroleum jelly, since she has a sensitive skin. While sea salt is enriched with elements like magnesium, copper, potassium, and sodium, petroleum jelly is a terrific moisturizer. She uses it before bath, and it helps exfoliate her skin.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water; it flushes out toxins
It is common knowledge that water is extremely beneficial for your overall health, and like her contemporaries, Tabu also follows this religiously. The Drishyam actress says that she drinks eight to ten glasses of water on a daily basis.
