    What's the story

Inder Kumar, who acted alongside Salman Khan in 'Wanted', passed away last year in July due to cardiac arrest.

However, a video recently surfaced on the Internet that has Inder in an inebriated state talking about committing suicide.

With the clip giving way to multiple conjectures, his wife Pallavi Kumar called upon a press conference to clear the air.

    Details

The viral clip is a scene from an unreleased film

Addressing the conference, Pallavi said, "It is not a real video. It is actually a scene from a film called 'Phatti Padi Hai Yaar' for which he had shot a year-and-half ago. It is sad that people are confusing the film scene with his real life."

She also asserted that it was not a publicity stunt as the film is expected to release soon.

    Context

Inder was mentally disturbed after being accused of rape

Notably, in 2014, a 23-year-old model/actress had accused Inder of raping her.

Talking about the same, his wife said, "During that phase, he was highly disturbed. There were, of course, days where he broke down. He was concerned that his name was dragged into this but he never gave up."

    Information

    Inder's filmography

Inder featured in films like 'Masoom', 'Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi', 'Tirchhi Topiwale', 'Kunwara', 'Baaghi' and 'Kahin Pyaar Na Ho Jaaye'. He was also seen in the popular daily soap 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' for a brief period.
