When Big B did not receive a reply from Anushka
Anushka Sharma's Twitter timeline was flooded with birthday wishes by her fans and colleagues from the industry. While everybody congratulated her on turning 30, megastar Amitabh Bachchan's tweet had something more to it. He wrote that he wished her personally via SMS but did not receive a reply. However, he later got to know that the actress has updated her mobile number.

On her special day, Anushka was spotted cheering her hubby and Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli who was playing an IPL 2018 match against Rohit Sharma's Mumbai Indians. RCB's win in the crucial encounter made for a perfect gift for Anushka. On the work front, she will be next seen in 'Sanju', 'Sui Dhaaga' and 'Zero'.
This isn't a first for Big B
Big B has had a similar experience with Sonam Kapoor in the past. He sent her an SMS on her birthday but didn't get a reply. He then wrote to Sonam on Twitter, "And what about me? This is Amitabh Bachchan my dear. I sent you an SMS on your birthday, you never replied." However, Sonam then replied saying she didn't receive his text.
