Mera has to be number one on this list. Initially, Mera attempts to kill him because she was a soldier of Xebel, but both of them end up falling love and getting married. The Queen of Atlantis is the one Arthur looks for support. She has worked alongside the Justice League, in the absence of Aquaman, earning the respect and friendship of Earth's champions.
