'Tere Siva' review: 'Tadap's second song will mesmerize you
Tadap is set to hit the theaters in less than a month and the makers have now dropped a second song from the film. Titled Tere Siva, the soothing yet catchy track is 2:29 minutes long and its video features lead actors Ahan Shetty and Tara Sutaria. The colorful visuals of the song will catch your attention along with its tune. Here's our review.
The Shilpa Rao number will stay in your head
Sung by Pritam, Shilpa Rao, Darshan Raval, Shashwat Singh, and Charan, the track is an ideal party number. It carries the signature style of other songs crooned by Rao. The voice of Raval at some point resembles Arijit Singh. The words penned by Irshad Kamil also have a deep meaning. The peppy number can pass as an ideal club song.
The chemistry between Shetty and Sutaria speaks volumes
The song starts with Shetty sitting on a bike and drinking. It seems he is remembering his past memories with Sutaria. They can be seen dancing their hearts out at a party. The use of the green color and props enhance the quality of the video. Choreography is light and easy. However, the best thing about the track is the chemistry between the actors.
Song might remind you of Rao's 'English Vinglish' number
As you listen carefully, you might be able to associate the song with Rao's Gustakh Dil from Sridevi starrer English Vinglish. It feels like Tere Siva is an extension of that song. Also, the opening lines by Shetty depict that the film could be high on emotions. His dedication is visible in all the scenes and songs that have been released so far.

The track adds to the curiosity of the film
Verdict: The song gets 3.5 stars while the video gets 3 stars out of 5. Mark your calendars as Tadap will arrive in cinemas on December 3, 2021. The movie is a remake of the popular 2018 Telugu film RX 100, which featured Payal Rajput and Kartikeya Gummakonda in lead roles. There are high expectations from this Milan Luthria directorial. Hope he fulfills them.
