Noted Telugu film director B Jaya died of a cardiac arrest, family sources said in Hyderabad today. She was 54.
She passed away at a private hospital in Hyderabad.
The journalist-turned-director is known for her films like 'Chantigadu', 'Premikulu', 'Gundamma Gaari Manavadu' and 'Lovely'.
Her husband BA Raju is a notable producer and a public relations officer in the Telugu film industry.
