After creating ripples with her shocking allegations of sexual harassment against Nana Patekar, Tanushree Dutta has finally opted for a legal route. The actress, on Saturday, filed an official police complaint against Nana and choreographer Ganesh Acharya. She shared the recent development in the case on Twitter and wrote, "Today filed a complaint in Oshiwara police station against Nana Patekar and Ganesh Acharya".
Tanushree is in no mood to be suppressed. Rightly so
No FIR registered as of now
Talking about the complaint, ACP Manoj Kumar Sharma stated that Tanushree has registered a complaint against Nana Patekar. He further mentioned that no FIR has been lodged in this case as of now. Notably, Tanushree had accused Nana of sexually harassing her on the sets of 'Horn Ok Pleasss' in 2008. She even alleged that no one came to support her back then.
Nana dismisses Tanushree's allegations
Nana Patekar, who maintained a stoic stance over the allegations for a while, has rubbished Tanushree's claims. The veteran actor stated the allegations are a mere lie. "I have already said what I had to say 10 years back. Lie is still a lie," Nana stated. He had even sent a legal notice to Tanushree demanding an apology for defaming him.
Separately, Ganesh Acharya also slammed Tanushree for 'false' allegations
Ganesh Acharya, who was the choreographer of 'Horn OK Pleasss', also rubbished Tanushree's allegations and said that the incident 'never happened'. He mentioned that Nana never misbehaved with anyone. This is not all. Ganesh also accused Tanushree of being unprofessional on the sets. As the blame-game continues, we wonder if Tanushree's fight will see the dawn of justice anytime soon.
