Tanushree Dutta's accusations on Nana Patekar about sexual harassment have blown the lid of problematic behavior existing in the Bollywood.

In yet another interview, Tanushree revealed the director of 'Chocolate' (Vivek Agnihotri) asked her to undress and dance, for an unrelated close-up shot.

Tanushree revealed how outsiders were treated in industry
Speaking to DNA, as she was highlighting how outsiders are treated in the industry, Tanushree said she shot for the movie even though she was suffering from high fever.
The director refused to turn the AC off. But she somehow managed.
However, what happened next shocked her. For a close-up shot of Irrfan Khan, Vivek told Tanushree, 'kapde utaar ke naacho'.

"This guy (Vivek) wanted me to give cues to an actor (Irrfan Khan). It was an actor's close-up. It was not even my shot. He had to just look at something and give expressions. This director, told me jao jaake kapde utaar ke naacho, usko cues do," she said.
Shooting
Irrfan and Suniel Shetty came to Tanushree's rescue
Tanushree then said it was Irrfan Khan who stepped in and told Vivek he didn't need her to remove clothes for him to give expressions.
"What are you talking about? I can give my closeup. Mujhe acting aati hai," he said.
Tanushree added Suniel Shetty also spoke up and said, "He was like, 'Main aayun kya wahaan cues dene ke liye?'"

Tanushree's experience highlights how industry treats outsiders
Tanushree said this incident shows there are good men in the industry. But she spoke about a stark difference between how the industry treated outsiders and star kids.
She said no one would even think of speaking like this with a star kid, and since the film industry doesn't work as a corporate company, there is no HR whom you can talk to.
