The dues have been pending for selling 'Kochadiiyaan' rights
The case, that dates back to 2014, was filed by a distribution firm called Ad Bureau. They had apparently loaned Rs. 10 crore to complete the filming of 'Kochadaiiyaan', but were later cheated by the producers who sold the film's distribution rights to Eros International behind their back.
