Hrithik set for another clash, this time with Emraan
The scarcity of good release dates has always been a bothersome issue for Bollywood. It's often seen that actors end up in a clash, trying to get their movies out during holidays. And the trend is to be continued with Hrithik Roshan's 'Super 30' and Emraan Hashmi's 'Cheat India' as the films will lock horns at the box office on 25 January 2019.
Fourth clash in a row for Hrithik
The 'Krishh' star has been struggling to get a solo release date for four years now. It was 'Bang Bang' vs 'Haider' in 2014, 'Mohenjo Daro' vs 'Rustam' in 2016 and 'Kaabil' vs 'Raees' in 2017. However, his next two films after 'Super 30', the untitled one with Tiger Shroff and 'Krishh 4' are slated for solo releases for now.
Emraan announced the release date of 'Cheat India' on Twitter
It will be an interesting box office battle
It will be a tough fight between the two films as both of them have education as their backdrop. While 'Super 30' is a biopic on Mathematician Anand Kumar, 'Cheat India' is a satire on the Indian education system. Let's see which one will end up impressing the audience more.
