#TKSS2: Sunil Grover confirms being approached by Salman Khan
As we all know by now, Kapil is making a comeback after a long hiatus with The Kapil Sharma Show 2. In a new development, Sunil Grover, who is coming up with his own show Kanpur Wale Khuranas, confirmed being approached for Kapil Sharma's show. Sunil has revealed that his Bharat co-star Salman Khan had a conversation with him about a reunion with Kapil.

Notably, Salman is producing 'TKSS 2' and it was reported that he had demanded Kapil-Sunil's reunion for the show. Talking about the same, Sunil said that he had a casual chat with Salman about the show. "Salman sir is producing that show. He did speak to me briefly about it in a casual chat but nothing much," Sunil added.
Why Sunil turned down Salman's offer?
Sunil's revelation had raised hopes about his reunion with Kapil. However, much to the disappointment of fans, Sunil-Kapil are not reuniting for 'TKSS 2' owing to date issues. "My own dates would have clashed (with Kapil's show) as I am doing a film with Salman sir. This show that I am doing for Star Plus fitted in the window that I had," he added.
Is there any scope of Kapil-Sunil's reunion?
We all know Kapil-Sunil parted ways post a nasty fight. Since then Sunil has maintained a safe distance from Kapil. While the reports of their reunion are rife, Sunil dodged the question and said only time would decide it. "Right now I am concentrating on my show and hope I am able to bring a smile on everyone's faces," he quipped.
Meanwhile, 'Kanpur Wale Khuranas' to be a fun interview show
Further, Sunil spoke about his show Kanpur Wale Khuranas and revealed that it will be a celebrity interview show. "This format of celebrities walking in and doing fun interview remains the same but how we function within that frame is a journey. The only intention is to bring a smile on people's faces," he added. Kanpur Wale Khuranas will premiere on December 15.
