    What's the story

Sunil Grover seems to have entered the best phase of his career. Just days ago, he was roped in by Vishal Bhardwaj to play the lead in his next directorial venture titled 'Chhuriyaan'.

And now, a leading daily reports that Sunil has bagged a role in Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra starrer 'Bharat'.

    Here's more about it.

    Details

    Sunil will play Salman's friend

The media report quoted a source as saying, "Sunil will be playing Salman's friend in 'Bharat'. His role is not like how in other films where comedians are used for a couple of comic punches and then they disappear. He has an interesting role in the film."

Salman and Sunil have previously collaborated on a special comedy show titled "Super Night with Tubelight".

    Information

    Sunil's filmy career

Sunil made his debut in Bollywood with a small role in Aamir Khan starrer 'Ghajini'. Post that, he has appeared in several films such as 'Baaghi', 'Gabbar Is Back', 'Heropanti' etc. He also played the protagonist in 'Coffee With D' which released last year.

    Release

'Bharat' will hit the screens on Eid 2019

'Bharat' marks the third collaboration between Salman and director Ali Abbas Zafar after 'Sultan' and 'Tiger Zinda Hai'.

Priyanka has also worked with Ali in 'Gunday'.

Being produced by Salman's brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri, 'Bharat' is an official remake of the South Korean film called 'Ode To My Father' and will be releasing on Eid next year.
