Suhana's birthday message to AbRam after KKR's victory wins hearts
Shah Rukh Khan's youngest son, AbRam, marked his 11th birthday on Monday, marking a double delight. The day came after Kolkata Knight Riders's (KKR) victory in the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Sunday. The "birthday festivities" began at Chennai's Chidambaram Stadium where AbRam was seen wearing a KKR T-shirt labeled "Champions of 2024." His sister-actor Suhana Khan accompanied him throughout the event and later took to Instagram to wish him.
Suhana captured candid moment post-celebration
After the celebration, Suhana captured a candid moment of her brother sitting on the ground. She later shared this photo on her Instagram Stories with the caption, "Good day to be the birthday boy." Reportedly, a small birthday event was organized at the grounds, and it was attended by SRK, Gauri Khan, Aryan Khan, and the players of Kolkata Knight Riders. Interestingly, Suhana's birthday last week also coincided with KKR's win in the IPL 2024 playoffs.
SRK kissed Gauri, hugged teary Suhana when KKR claimed victory
Despite facing health challenges, SRK ensured his presence at his team's final IPL match against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). Joined by his family, a heartwarming video captured the actor embracing his wife, Gauri, in joy as the team clinched the IPL trophy after a decade. Another touching moment captured the Pathaan actor hugging his children, Suhana, AbRam, and Aryan, in celebration of the victory.
Another moment from the final match went viral
In another highlight, a nostalgic moment surfaced during the match as an old photo resurfaced featuring best friends Suhana, Ananya Panday, and Shanaya Kapoor from 2012 when KKR triumphed in the IPL final at the same stadium. These three Bollywood pals have been regularly spotted cheering for SRK's KKR team. The viral image captures them alongside Hrithik Roshan and SRK celebrating the team's victory a decade ago at the Chidambaram Stadium, where the recent match also took place.
Nostalgic, isn't it?
Meanwhile, looking at Suhana's acting debut and future projects
Suhana made her acting debut in 2023 in Zoya Akhtar's coming-of-age period film The Archies, an adaptation of Archie Comics alongside newcomers Agastya Nanda, Khushi Kapoor, and Vedang Raina, among others. In this debut film, she portrayed the character Veronica Lodge. Reports suggest that for her next project, Suhana will be sharing screen space with her father in a movie titled King.
