The deal also includes three car parking spaces.

Ghai couple paid ₹1.44cr in stamp duty for new home
For their new abode, the Ghais paid ₹1.44cr in stamp duty and ₹30,000 in registration charges.
An analysis of IGR data by Square Yards revealed that eight transactions worth ₹76cr were registered in 81 Aureate between February 2024 and January 2025.
The average resale price for a four BHK apartment in this building currently stands at ₹51,636 per sqft, while the average monthly rent is ₹8.5L.
