After Hindi dominance, 'Stree 2' might be remade in South!
The horror-comedy film Stree 2 which has been raking in impressive box office numbers, is now rumored to be getting a South Indian remake, reported Times Now. Reportedly, two producers from the Tamil and Telugu film industries are interested in acquiring the remake rights for the movie. The film, written by Niren Bhatt and directed by Amar Kaushik, stars Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, and Pankaj Tripathi, and was released on August 15.

A source close to the matter revealed that two producers from the Tamil and Telugu film industries have expressed interest in acquiring the remake rights for the movie. They are reportedly in talks with the production house. If everything goes smoothly, a deal could be finalized soon. This development comes as Stree 2 continues to perform exceptionally well at the box office, despite its clash with Vedaa and Khel Khel Mein.
