Director Kaushik's thoughts on 'Stree'
In a recent interview with PTI, director Kaushik revealed that he never anticipated his debut film to be a horror-comedy. He would have preferred to start with Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga, which he later produced. "When Stree released, it was my first film, I was very nervous. I never wanted to start my career with a horror film, that was the last thing I thought I would make," Kaushik said.
