'Stree 2' slows down; earns ₹539.35 by Day 29
The horror-comedy film Stree 2, starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, is on the verge of crossing the ₹550 crore mark at the Indian box office. Despite a slight dip in its fourth week, the movie continues to perform well. On its 29th day, Stree 2 earned ₹2.75 crore, bringing its total box office collection to ₹539.35 crore.
'Stree 2' continues to impress audiences
Stree 2 is a sequel to the 2018 horror-comedy Stree, which was a commercial and critical success. The sequel continues the story of Vicky (Rao) and his friends as they battle a vengeful spirit. The film, directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan, also features Aparshakti Khurana, Pankaj Tripathi, and Abhishek Banerjee in pivotal roles.

Here is the day-wise box office collection of Stree 2: Day 0 (paid previews): ₹8.5 crore, Day 1: ₹51.8 crore, Day 2: ₹31.4 crore, Day 3: ₹43.85 crore, Day 4: ₹55.9 crore, Day 5: ₹38.1 crore, Day 6: ₹25.8 crore, Day 7: ₹19.5 crore, Day 8: ₹16.8 crore, and Day 9: ₹17.5 crore. Thereafter, weekends saw huge earnings reaching ₹42.4 crore, and weekdays came down to ₹6.75 crore (Day 19). Days 20-29 saw collections between ₹2.75-5.6 crore each day.
