Box office: Unstoppable 'Stree 2' nears ₹500cr mark
Despite a drop in footfall after its third weekend, the horror-comedy Stree 2, starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao continues to hold strong at the box office. As per early estimates, the film raked in ₹6.05 crore on its third Tuesday, bringing its total collection to ₹492.85 crore in just 20 days. The movie is expected to cross the ₹500 crore mark before entering its fourth week at the box office.
'Stree 2' maintains steady performance despite drop in footfall
The film has witnessed a steady performance at the box office since its release. It opened with a collection of ₹8.5 crore during its preview shows and went on to collect ₹51.8 crore on its first day. Despite experiencing a dip in collections after the first weekend, it has managed to maintain a consistent earning. It was released on August 15 alongside Khel Khel Mein and Vedaa.
