SRK thanks KJo and Aditya Chopra, gives important life lesson
The king of romance, Shah Rukh Khan, has ruled Bollywood with his acting skills and romantic gestures, for the longest time. With movies like Kal Ho Na Ho, Mohabbatein, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, and Veer Zaara, he has also made us believe in love. On Sunday, the actor shared a ruminative tweet where he thanked Karan Johar and Aditya Chopra for fulfilling his dreams.
SRK's tweet on KJo and Adi is heart-melting
Now, we all know how good SRK is with his words. Whether it is a press conference, an appearance on a TV show, or an award function, SRK somehow manages to charm everyone. But on Sunday, he made us emotional by thanking KJo and Adi. He pointed out that people should never forget those who played an important role in their journey.

One may wonder why SRK remembered his good friends suddenly, but even King Khan's haters would know that the emotions he displayed in the tweet are real. It was Adi who gave SRK one of his beloved characters- Raj in Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge. In fact, Adi was the one who introduced KJo and SRK, and the two went on to become BFFs.
Once, Adi said SRK doesn't laugh whole-heartedly
Apart from DDLJ, SRK and Adi worked together in Mohabbatein and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. Once, when Adi was asked to reveal something about SRK which no one knows, he said, "I have seen Shah Rukh perform multiple characters and portray all kinds of emotions. But I've always felt, and still, feel that Shah Rukh doesn't laugh whole-heartedly." Well, friends do know us better than we know ourselves.
SRK was KJo's first choice for 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai'
Not many know this, but after KJo met SRK on the sets of DDLJ, the former had said he would like to cast him in his debut movie. SRK and Kajol, who romanced each other in DDLJ, agreed in jest. Years later, when KJo made Kuch Kuch Hota Hai the two readily agreed. And the rest, as we have seen, is history.
