The superstar, who turned 53, threw a party at a lavish Mumbai restaurant which was attended by who's who of tinsel town. Since the party went on for longer than allowed, police paid a visit.
Those who were partying lost track of time, police didn't
Playing loud music at wee hours of the night is strictly prohibited in the city. But the ones reveling in SRK's celebration seemed to forget it. Notably, the restaurant which was the venue for the party closed for the general public at 1 AM, after which King Khan entered. At 3 AM, when music continued, police officers asked the restaurant to pull shutters down.
As he was exiting, SRK posed for camerapersons
The party was attended by the director of 'Zero' Aanand L. Rai, the movie's writer Himanshu Sharma, his girlfriend-actress Swara Bhaskar, and Nikhil Advani. A video which surfaced on social media showed SRK posing for shutterbugs when he exited the restaurant.
