Police stops SRK's birthday-party as loud music played till 3
What's the story
It seems Shah Rukh Khan and his fans were in no mood to stop the celebrations of his birthday on Friday night, after which Mumbai police had to intervene.
The superstar, who turned 53, threw a party at a lavish Mumbai restaurant which was attended by who's who of tinsel town.
Since the party went on for longer than allowed, police paid a visit.
What happened
Those who were partying lost track of time, police didn't
Playing loud music at wee hours of the night is strictly prohibited in the city. But the ones reveling in SRK's celebration seemed to forget it.
Notably, the restaurant which was the venue for the party closed for the general public at 1 AM, after which King Khan entered.
At 3 AM, when music continued, police officers asked the restaurant to pull shutters down.
Party cut-short
As he was exiting, SRK posed for camerapersons
The party was attended by the director of 'Zero' Aanand L. Rai, the movie's writer Himanshu Sharma, his girlfriend-actress Swara Bhaskar, and Nikhil Advani.
A video which surfaced on social media showed SRK posing for shutterbugs when he exited the restaurant.
That camerapersons were standing there till late hours shows how the entertainment industry works.

With 'Zero', SRK shows he isn't tired of experimenting
On his birthday, SRK gave a treat to his fans, the trailer of 'Zero'.
Seeing him as vertically challenged Bauua Singh, who is quirky, smart and a little desperate, made his fans extremely happy.
The movie also stars Anushka Sharma as a paraplegic and Katrina Kaif as a sought-after movie star.
