Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has recently rented two lavish duplex apartments in Mumbai's posh locality Pali Hill.
The two properties cost an exorbitant ₹2.9cr annually, with a combined monthly rent of ₹24.15L, according to the lease agreements registered on February 14 last year, as accessed by Zapkey.
The lease period for the apartments is 36 months, giving Khan a comfortable living space in one of Mumbai's poshest residential areas in Khar.

Vashu, Jacky, and Deepshikha are owners of the properties
Bollywood actor and producer Jackky Bhagnani and his sister, producer Deepshikha Deshmukh are the landlords of one of these properties.
One apartment is rented from the siblings and the other from their father, filmmaker Vashu Bhagnani.
The first duplex costs ₹11.54L/month with a ₹32.97L security deposit for 36 months, and the second ₹12.61L/month with ₹36L security for three years.
Transaction details
Khan paid stamp duty and registration fees for new apartments
The transactions for both duplexes were registered on February 14, 2025. A stamp duty of ₹2.22L and registration fees of ₹2,000 were paid for the properties.
The duplexes are located on the first, second, seventh, and eighth floors of the Puja Casa building in Khar.
This move by Khan further solidifies his presence in Mumbai's high-end real estate market.

Khan's professional journey and upcoming projects
On the professional front, Khan was last seen in 2023's Dunki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani. His next is a film titled King, directed by Sujoy Ghosh where he will share the screen with his daughter Suhana for the first time. The filming for King started in January 2025 and will be released in mid-2026.
