Shah Rukh Khan was expected to start shooting for astronaut Rakesh Sharma's biopic titled 'Salute' after completing Aanand L Rai's 'Zero'. However, fresh media reports have it that the superstar might collaborate with his 'Devdas' director Sanjay Leela Bhansali for his next outing. If this is the case, then 'Salute' will be pushed to January next year.

"Not many know that SRK and Bhansali have been in talks for long. Bhansali recently narrated his script to SRK. It's a fictional love story with a period setting. However, the female lead is yet to be finalized," said a media report.

Meanwhile, 'Zero' is slated to release in December
SRK and Aanand are looking to wrap up 'Zero' shoot by mid-2018. Slated to release on December 21, the film reunites SRK with his 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan' co-stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. The first look and the teaser of the film were released a few months back and have been unanimously loved by one and all.
