Sooraj Barjatya's Rajshri Productions warns against fake casting calls
Sooraj Barjatya's Rajshri Productions has issued a statement warning aspiring actors about fake casting calls being made on its behalf. Taking to Instagram on Thursday, the production house clarified that it has never asked for, and will never ask for, any money from artists. The company also named the only authorized casting directors for its TV and OTT projects. Here are more details.
Rajshri Productions issues 'caution notice' on social media
Rajshri Productions released a "caution notice" on its social media accounts, alerting people about individuals falsely claiming to be its casting directors. It added that Rakhi Luthra and Valentyna Chopraa are the only authorized casting directors. The notice further stated, "Rajshri has never demanded, nor will ever demand, any money from artists. Any such requests for payment should be considered fraudulent."

Further, the notice warned that anyone engaging with unauthorized individuals or sources would be doing so at their own risk and that the company would not be responsible for any transactions or interactions with such individuals. Rajshri Productions also directed aspiring actors to its official casting account for information related to casting for TV and OTT. The caption of the notice read, "For all official casting updates for TV and OTT projects, please follow our official casting account—@rajshriproductionscasting, (sic)."
