Soojin preparing for highly-anticipated solo comeback in May
BRD Entertainment confirmed on Thursday that acclaimed solo artist, Soojin, is preparing for a comeback. The agency announced a new album is set to be released in May, marking Soojin's return to the music scene after six months. This follows her successful debut with the EP AGASSY (The Handmaiden) in November 2023, which took the music world by storm.
Second release after Soojin's (G)I-DLE departure
The news of Soojin's comeback has sparked considerable excitement among her followers. To note, the K-pop star began her solo journey after leaving the popular girl group (G)I-DLE in 2021 due to allegations of school violence. While the artist kept denying the accusations, the police concluded that it was difficult to determine if the accuser was spreading false information. However, it didn't mean that Soojin was "guilty."
