Moga: Sonu Sood spots accident victim, rushes him to hospital
Sonu Sood once again proved why people consider him a messiah and an angel. The actor was recently traveling on a flyover in Moga, his hometown in Punjab, when he spotted a crashed car with an unconscious driver. He immediately rescued the 19-year-old accident victim and took him to a hospital. He is said to be out of danger.
This is what had happened
The accident took place near the Kotakpura bypass in Punjab. A 1:27-minute-long video posted by Sood Charity Foundation, an NGO established by the actor, showed how the entire incident unfolded. In it, Sood was seen rushing toward a car, which appears to be smashed on the right side. When he spotted the man, he took him out and carried him to his car's backseat.
Actor remained in hospital till doctors talked to him
The next frame in the video showed a tensed Sood in the hospital and the man was on a stretcher. After getting assurances from the doctors that the victim was stable, the actor was seen leaving the hospital. As soon as the video went viral, netizens applauded the benevolent act of Sood. "This person is just great salute to you (sic)," commented one user.

Sood was signed as MTV Roadies host just days back
This comes just days after Sood confirmed that he was indeed replacing Rannvijay Singha as the MTV Roadies host. Notably, in the aforementioned video, his black pullover had a yellow X on the back (a part of Roadies logo), indicating that he was probably promoting the show in Punjab. Further, a video he posted on Monday also showed that he is currently in Punjab.
Sood will be busy in the coming months
Sood will be taking over as mentor-host of the 19th season of the youth-based reality show. The shooting of this edition starts on February 14 in South Africa. Apart from Roadies, Sood recently hosted It Happens Only in India for the National Geographic channel. As far as films are concerned, he has Fateh, Prithviraj, Tamil film Thamezharasan, and Telugu flick Acharya.
