'This gives me ample time to solve your problems'

Staying optimistic, the Happy New Year actor wrote, "This gives me ample time to solve your problems remember i'm always there for you all (sic)." To recall, on Friday, Sood had expressed his powerlessness about not being able to help everyone across the country.
He'd felt 'helpless' for not being able to do anything
He had tweeted how he was getting "thousands of calls from all over India for hospital beds, medicines, injections" but he wasn't able to provide them for all. Sood wrote, "The situation is scary, pls stay at home, wear mask and prevent yourself from infection (sic)." In a subsequent tweet, he urged everyone to come out and help, and not engage in blame games.
Let's save lives together, Sood had said yesterday
Sood had received his first vaccine dose on April 7
Tracing back, the actor was given the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on April 7. He'd tweeted, "Got my vaccine today and now it's time to get whole of my country vaccinated." He then met Singh at his residence on April 10. The next day, Singh had posted a video of him and Sood talking about the importance of vaccination.
Sood emerged as a hero for migrants last year
During the nationwide lockdown last year, when thousands of migrants were stranded, Sood emerged as a real-life hero and helped them reach their homes. Apart from arranging transport facilities, the actor also provided food and shelter to any person in need. He even mortgaged some of his properties in Mumbai to raise Rs. 10 crore to help the underprivileged.
