Renowned singer Sonu Nigam recently put rumors of his concert at Delhi Technological University's Engifest being marred by stone-throwing to rest.
Taking to Instagram, he clarified that only a vape was thrown on stage during his performance, hitting his band member Subhankar's chest.
"Nothing like hurling stones or bottles, as mentioned in some media, happened at DTU. There was one vape thrown by someone on stage that hit Subhankar's chest," he wrote.

'I'm not asking you to stop enjoying...'
Earlier, it was reported that Nigam briefly stopped his performance to deal with the unruly audience.
He had said, "Main aapke liye aaya hoon yahan pe (I have come here for you) so that we can all have a good time. I'm not asking you to stop enjoying, but please don't do this."
He also feared his team members were getting hurt.
