Soni Razdan talks about Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor's wedding
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are one of the most talked about couples in Bollywood. Ever since they made their relationship public, their fans are eager to know what's next for them. Amid their fairytale love-affair, there were reports that Ranbir and Alia are planning to take the plunge soon. While speculations are rife, Alia's mother Soni Razdan spilled beans on the wedding rumors.
Is wedding on the cards for Ranbir and Alia?
Several media reports have suggested that Ranbir and Alia would be tying the knot in 2020. The reports also stated that they would exchange rings by the end of 2019. During a recent interaction with BollywoodLife, Soni was naturally quizzed about the much-anticipated wedding. To this, she replied, "I have no idea about that. I haven't been informed if that's true."
I'm just happy if Alia is happy, says Soni
Soni further stated that it is her daughter Alia's happiness that matters to her the most. "It's her personal life. I think whoever Alia has dated before or will date, it is her choice and her life. I'll always support her but I don't think I should discuss this (her personal life). As a mom, I'm just happy if she is happy," she added.

However, Soni didn't avoid Ranbir's topic. She was all praises for him and said that he is a lovely boy. "Ranbir is a very well brought up boy. A wonderful actor and a wonderful human being as well," the veteran actress reportedly told BollywoodLife.
Neetu showered love on Ranbir-Alia, post their Filmfare triumph
Further, even Ranbir's mother Neetu can't stop gushing about her possible future daughter-in-law. Not only does she keep a track of Alia's Instagram posts, Neetu also showered love on the couple after their Filmfare triumph. She shared a picture of Ranbir-Alia holding their awards and wrote, "AND moments like these make you forget all the stress. congratulations so proud n happy."

Ranbir and Alia to share screen space in 'Brahmastra'
On the work front, Ranbir-Alia will be sharing the screen space for the first time in Ayan Mukerji's directorial Brahmastra. The movie is quite special for the couple as cupid had struck both of them on the sets of Brahmastra itself. Reportedly, the fantasy drama, being produced by Karan Johar, will be a trilogy and the first part will release on Christmas this year.
