Wedding bells for Sonam Kapoor and beau Anand Ahuja
Sonam Kapoor is all set to take her relationship with her businessman beau Anand Ahuja a step further. As per reports, the couple will be tying the knot over a two-day ceremony on May 11 and May 12 in Geneva. Sonam and Anand have been seeing each other for a couple of years now.
Here's what a leading tabloid reported
"The date and venue for the wedding have been locked and mass bookings for flights are presently underway. Anil Kapoor is personally making phone calls to invite guests. There will be sangeet and mehendi ceremonies, followed by a traditional Hindu wedding," it said.
Abu Jani, Sandeep Khosla to design Sonam's wedding outfit
The actress has zeroed down on designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla to design her trousseau for her special day. Also roped in for the wedding ensemble are Sonam's close friends and British designers Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo. Her relationship with Anand first came into the limelight when he made an appearance at Anil Kapoor's birthday bash in 2016.
Meanwhile, Sonam will be next seen in 'Veere Di Wedding'
Last seen in 'PadMan', Sonam's next outing will be her sister Rhea Kapoor's production venture 'Veere Di Wedding' which also features Kareena Kapoor Khan and Swara Bhaskar. Directed by Shashanka Ghosh of 'Khoobsurat' fame, the film will release on June 1. She is also shooting for 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga' alongside her dad Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao.
