The 4,200 square feet walk-in apartment, originally a 4BHK, has been converted into a spacious 2BHK with decks. It is fully furnished with exclusive interiors and includes three car parking spaces.
Fans expressed surprise over Sinha's decision
Sinha's decision to sell her apartment has left her fans puzzled, with many expressing their surprise in the comments section of the Instagram post. "That's Sonakshi Sinha's home. The agreement, signed by her mother Poonam Sinha, showed the apartment's cost ₹11cr. This apartment was also featured in Architectural Digest India last year, where Sinha showed fans her home. She had converted her four-bedroom apartment into a spacious 1.5-bedroom home with areas for her art studio, yoga, dressing room, and a walk-in wardrobe.
