#Dabangg3: Sonakshi Sinha excited to begin shooting with Salman
Sonakshi Sinha shot to instant fame when she said Thappad se darr nahi lagta sahab, pyaar se lagta hai! as Rajjo in her debut film Dabangg, opposite superstar Salman Khan. The dialogue, with its relevance, stunned all. And now, the 31-year-old is all set to reprise this much loved role in Dabangg 3, for which she has already begun shooting with Salman.
Sonakshi has reached Madhya Pradesh to join Salman
Notably, Salman started shooting for Dabangg 3 on April 1 in the locales of Madhya Pradesh, precisely Indore, his birthplace, and has been sharing details with his fans on social media. Sonakshi has also now reached there to shoot her sequences for the movie. The actress shared a monochrome picture of herself on Instagram, saying 'On my way to #Dabangg 3.'
Like a homecoming for me, says Sonakshi on 'Dabangg 3'
For the uninitiated, Sonakshi made her big Bollywood debut with Dabangg in 2010. Later, she reprised her role in the second installment of the franchise in 2012. Undoubtedly, she is excited to be a part of Dabangg 3. "I have started my film journey with Dabangg. So it is like a homecoming for me. I am very excited," Sonakshi had mentioned earlier.
'Dabangg 3' to be helmed by 'Wanted' director Prabhu Deva
Notably, unlike the first two installments, which were directed by Abhinav Kashyap and Arbaaz Khan respectively, this will be helmed by Prabhu Deva. "Who says no to them? We've been closely associated for the longest time. I share a warm friendship with Salman and his brothers," he had stated. This will be Sonakshi's third collaboration with Prabhu Deva after Rowdy Rathore and R...Rajkumar.
For now, Sonakshi gearing up for 'Kalank' release
Currently, Sonakshi is looking forward to the release of Kalank. Helmed by Abhishek Varman, Kalank is a story of eternal love and turbulent relationships. Apart from Sonakshi, the movie stars Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, and Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead.
