Career trajectory
Kewlani's previous work and future plans
Kewlani, who has worked with Bollywood heavyweights like Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, and Akshay Kumar, is now eyeing new collaborations.
He said, "Both of [my upcoming films] are two-hero films, so there are two A-List actors with whom my discussions are going on."
"One production house has also agreed to back my next directorial. Just wait for like two months, once things finalize, I will inform you. It is going to be India's biggest two-hero film."
Casting aspirations
Kewlani eyes SRK, Hrithik Roshan, Anil Kapoor for next projects
Kewlani revealed he wants to work with Bollywood superstars Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan or Anil Kapoor in his next.
He said, "Someone asked me if you have worked with Bachchan sir, Ajay sir, and Akshay sir, so who's on your bucket list now."
"This question was asked to me by an audience when I visited a theater recently... I want to work with SRK, Roshan or Kapoor in my next."
Sequel speculation
Kewlani's silence on 'Bholaa 2' sequel
Kewlani has also penned Bholaa, a film starring Devgn and Tabu. The movie's ending hinted at a sequel.
However, when quizzed about any updates on Bholaa 2, Kewlani said, "That only Ajay sir can tell you."
"It was his idea to make it into a franchise, so only he can answer this."
