Beyond Batman: Fictional characters with Hollywood Walk of Fame stars
The beloved Caped Crusader Batman recently made history by becoming the first superhero to score a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame! Steve Nissen, the honcho of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, praised Batman as "one of the world's most iconic characters," representing "justice, strength, and fearlessness." Batman may be the first superhero, but he is not the first fictional character to receive this honor! The first-ever star went to the legendary Mickey Mouse in 1978.
