Shraddha Kapoor rents Hrithik's Juhu flat next to Akshay Kumar!
Bollywood actor Shraddha Kapoor, who is currently basking in the success of her latest release Stree 2: Sarkate Ka Aatank, is reportedly moving into a new home in Juhu. Interestingly, this new residence is located in the same building as her Stree 2 co-star Akshay Kumar's house. The actor will be renting Hrithik Roshan's sea-facing apartment, which was earlier rumored to be taken up by Varun Dhawan and his family.
'Stree 2' connection: Kapoor to be Kumar's new neighbor
Kapoor's impending move will make her a neighbor to Kumar, his author wife Twinkle Khanna, and their children. Per media reports, the Stree 2 actor is moving into the same luxurious duplex apartment building where Kumar resides. For those unaware, in the horror comedy Stree 2, Kumar took everyone by surprise with his special appearance in the film as Sarkata's descendant.

Stree 2, the sequel to the 2018 horror-comedy Stree, has become the highest-grossing Hindi film of 2024 within two weeks of its release. Kapoor's performance as the mystery girl in the movie has been well-received by audiences. So far, the movie has raked in ₹414.55cr in India, according to Sacnilk. Meanwhile, director Amar Kaushik has confirmed a third installment in the Stree franchise. Additionally, rumors suggest that Kapoor might be cast opposite Roshan in the upcoming superhero film Krrish 4.
