Sankla has reportedly been absent from the show for the past four episodes. Additionally, according to reports from OTT Play, Sankla left the show in May 2024. However, there has been no official confirmation from either Sankla or the show's producers about his departure. Meanwhile, several other actors who joined the show in 2008 have bid it adieu over the years, such as Bhavya Gandhi (Tapu), Disha Vakani (Daya), and Shailesh Lodha (Taarak).
