Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor has sold his apartment in the upscale Silver Beach Heaven Co-operative Society, Juhu, for ₹6.11 crore.
The deal was registered in December 2024 and included a built-up area of about 881 sq. ft., property registration documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) accessed by Square Yards revealed.
The sale highlights Juhu's continued allure as a premium residential market among celebrities.

Kapoor's apartment sale incurred additional charges
Apart from the sale price, Kapoor's apartment sale also attracted a stamp duty of ₹36.66 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.
The property is located on Juhu Tara Road, making it a part of a highly coveted residential enclave preferred by Bollywood celebrities.

The apartment has a unique history. According to Square Feat India, in 2019, Kapoor's daughter-actor Shraddha Kapoor gifted her 50% share in the property to her father in a heartfelt gesture.
The other 50% was co-owned by Shraddha and her mother, Shivangi Kapoor, and Shivangi later sold her share to Shakti for ₹1.3 crore.
These transactions attracted additional stamp duties of ₹5.14 lakh and ₹7.8 lakh, respectively.
