The production timeline will be determined after the script is finalized by the filmmakers and Devgn. This development comes as franchise films continue to gain popularity among audiences worldwide.

The plot is based on a real-life raid case in Uttar Pradesh involving a UP politician-businessman accused of tax evasion exceeding ₹100 crore. The post-production for this film is currently in progress. Devgn's film lineup for the next two years also includes ongoing development for Dhamaal 4, Golmaal 5, and Drishyam 3.
