Shahid Kapoor to team-up with Ileana, once again
Shahid Kapoor, who will be seen in a larger-than-life role as Maharaja Rawal Ratan Singh in 'Padmavati', has already been roped in for another big project 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu'. Earlier, speculations were rife that the film directed by Shree Narayan Singh of 'Toilet: Ek Prem Katha' fame, will star Katrina as the female lead. But, apparently, now Ileana would be seen alongside Shahid.
Ileana D'Cruz, not Katrina, finalized for the role
As per the new reports, it is Ileana and not Katrina, who's been roped in for the film opposite Shahid Kapoor. The Baadshaho actress will be essaying the role of a lawyer opposite Shahid, who also plays a lawyer in the movie. However, the report further stated that Katrina and Shraddha Kapoor still remain in line to play Shahid's love interest in the film.
Second time with Ileana D'cruz
Shahid Kapoor and Ileana D'cruz have earlier worked together in 'Phata Poster Nikla Hero.' before. Although the film bombed at the box office, their scintillating dance moves in the film stole our hearts. Additionally, there were reports of Shahid not interested in working with Katrina but he had rubbished all such claims. Now the fans can only wait for the final outcome!
