Shah Rukh Khan is officially back on social media!
Shah Rukh Khan is back, people! The Bollywood actor took to Twitter to post a short clip from an upcoming advertisement of a soft drink, and has effectively captured the platform. This is his first tweet after a five-month-long social media hiatus that he had taken after his son Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau in October last year.
What was there in the advertisement?
The 0:45-second-long clip is set inside a theater. A vendor selling food items asks a hoodied man if he needs a "soft drink," who reveals himself to be Khan. The superstar asks the shocked vendor to look at the screen in front of him where we see Khan beating up some goons. But, were the action sequences a part of his upcoming film, Pathan?

Social media is abuzz with the speculation that in the advertisement, viewers were treated with the teaser of Pathan. To note, the film's team has already shot some action sequences in Dubai, so that rumor may be considered, but then the watermark of Thums Up puts up a contradictory front. Whatever it is, fans of Khan are beyond elated that their "Toofan has arrived."

Aryan to make his debut soon?
This piece of news comes as a media report suggests that Khan's son, Aryan, is all set to make his debut in showbiz, but not as an actor. The star kid is currently writing a web series and a feature film, which will be produced by Gauri Khan under Red Chillies Entertainment. They will be streamed on Amazon Prime Video, added the report.

Meanwhile, Pathan co-stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. The film marks Padukone's fourth collaboration with Khan after Om Shanti Om (her debut), Chennai Express, and Happy New Year. Calling Khan her "safe place," Padukone said, "I feel at home...feel safe, I feel secure that he's just the person he is." Yash Raj Films is backing Pathan, while Siddharth Anand is at the helm.
