'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram's dream run: Nani-starrer collects ₹33.25cr in 4 days
Vivek Athreya's latest directorial venture, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, has been performing well at the box office since its release on August 29, 2024. The film, which stars Nani and Priyanka Arulmohan in lead roles, has reportedly earned an estimated ₹33.25 crore in India within the first four days. The movie is produced by DVV Entertainment and also features S.J. Suryah, Abhirami, and P. Sai Kumar in key roles.
'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' earns ₹9.25cr on fourth day
According to early estimates by Sacnilk, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram has raked in around ₹9.25 crore on its fourth day across all languages. The film had a strong start with a collection of ₹9 crore on the first day, followed by ₹5.85 crore and ₹9.15 crore on the second and third days respectively. The movie's overall collection now stands at an impressive ₹33.25 crore.
Film records 57.38% Telugu occupancy on Sunday
Saripodhaa Sanivaaram recorded an overall 57.38% Telugu occupancy on Sunday, September 1, 2024. The film witnessed a morning show occupancy of 39.6%, which increased to 64.65% and 71.88% for the afternoon and evening shows respectively. However, the night shows saw a slight drop with an occupancy rate of 53.38%.
'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' records highest occupancy in Kakinada
In terms of regional occupancy, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram recorded the highest rate in Kakinada with 70.5%, followed by Guntur (68.25%), and Vizag-Visakhapatnam (66.75%). The film also performed well in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Karimnagar with occupancy rates of 61.25%, 63.25%, and 65.5% respectively. However, it saw a lower turnout in Nizamabad and Mahbubnagar with occupancy rates of just 12% and 35.25% respectively.
