Sara Ali Khan to shoot an ad with Virat Kohli?
Sara Ali Khan, who made a terrific debut with Kedarnath last year, is one of the most sought after actresses in the industry. She is also becoming the new darling of the ad world. According to media reports, Sara is set to become the brand ambassador of a shoe brand and will appear in an advertisement of the same with ace cricketer Virat Kohli.
Sara replaced Disha Patani as the brand ambassador
Notably, Sara replaced Disha Patani, who was endorsing the sports brand for a year. Reportedly, it was a mutual decision taken by both the parties for not extending the contract. Meanwhile, Sara turned out to be a perfect fit because of the way she battled Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and became fit. It is reported that the campaign will be designed around Sara's story.
If first campaign goes well, Sara-Virat partnership might continue
Media reports further suggested that if things go well, Sara is likely to shoot with Virat soon, who happens to be the current ambassador of the brand. "If the first campaign does well, the brand officials are also keen to team her up with Virat Kohli for another commercial. However, it's too early to talk about it," a source was quoted saying.
Earlier, Sara had replaced Shraddha, Shruti as brand ambassadors
Interestingly, this is not the first time that Sara has replaced an actress for an advertisement. Earlier, she had replaced Shraddha Kapoor to become the new face of a cold wax strips brand. Further, the 23-year-old also got into Shruti Hassan's shoes to endorse an aerated beverage. Looks like Sara is becoming the new favorite of the top brands in India.
Sara roped in for 'Coolie No. 1' remake opposite Varun
Meanwhile, Sara has been roped in for the Bollywood remake of Coolie No. 1 opposite Varun Dhawan. Besides, she is also working on Imtiaz Ali's Aaj Kal with Kartik Aaryan. The movie is said to be the sequel of Saif Ali Khan's Love Aaj Kal.
