Fans cannot stop raving about the teaser of Ranbir Kapoor starrer 'Sanju'. Ranbir has embodied Sanjay Dutt to perfection, leaving all of us in a state of disbelief. Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala as Sunil and Nargis Dutt
Considering Dutt was extremely close to his parents, these are probably the two most important characters in the film While Paresh Rawal has been roped in to portray Sunil Dutt, Manisha Koirala will step into the shoes of Nargis Dutt. Both the veteran actors are expected to deliver a power-packed performance in 'Sanju'.
Vicky Kaushal portrays Kumar Gaurav, Anushka Sharma is a lawyer
'Masaan' fame Vicky Kaushal has been roped in to essay Dutt's best friend and brother-in-law Kumar Gaurav. They worked together in the 1986 hit 'Naam'. The film gave Dutt's career a much-needed push. Also to be in seen in 'Sanju' is Anushka Sharma. She will be playing a lawyer. Not many details are out about her role in the film.
Dia Mirza essays Maanayata while Sonam Kapoor plays Tina Munim
Dia Mirza, who has been away from the big-screen for a while, will play Dutt's better-half Maanayata in 'Sanju'. Maanayata is Dutt's third wife as the actor was previously married to Richa Sharma and Rhea Pillai. On the other hand, Sonam Kapoor will be seen as Dutt's childhood buddy and ex-girlfriend Tina Munim.
Jim Sarbh as Salman and Karishma Tanna as Madhuri
One of the most interesting aspects of the film will be to see Dutt's relationship with Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit. A lot has always been said in this regard. Jim Sarbh and Karishma Tanna have taken upon the onus to play Salman and Madhuri on the big screen. We cannot wait for Dutt's life story to unfold on June 29.
