
Sanjay Dutt's 'Jung' to re-release on 25th anniversary

In wonderful news for fans of Hindi cinema, the 2000 action film Jung, starring Sanjay Dutt, will be returning to theaters on May 9, reported Bollywood Hungama.
The re-release will mark the film's 25th anniversary, with the original having been released on May 12, 2000.
The film was helmed by Sanjay Gupta and produced by Satish Tandon.

'Jung' features an ensemble cast and unique plot
Jung, which is famous for its ensemble cast, also stars Jackie Shroff, Aditya Pancholi, Raveena Tandon, and Shilpa Shetty in key roles.
The story follows the life of an honest cop (played by Dutt) whose son needs a bone marrow transplant to live.
Despite his best efforts, the cop fails to find a donor until he learns a criminal could be a potential match - who refuses to help because of their old enmity.

Meanwhile, this Friday will witness the re-release of several Aamir Khan films as part of the Cinema Ka Jaadugar film festival.
