Sanjay and Priya Dutt remember Nargis Dutt on death anniversary
On Friday, the children of legendary Indian cinema figure Nargis Dutt, Sanjay and Priya Dutt, commemorated her death anniversary. They paid tribute by sharing sentimental throwback photos on their social media accounts. Sanjay Dutt shared two poignant photographs with his mother on Instagram with a touching caption: "Miss you, Maa! Even though you're not here, your presence is felt in every moment. We hold you close in our hearts and memories Maa. Love you."
Priya: 'I miss you more now than ever before'
Priya's tribute included an old family photo and a selfie taken in front of a portrait of Nargis ji. "I miss you more now than ever before. I thought time heals, but time just passes by with thoughts of you." She further added, "You would protect me always through my emotional upheavals, advising me in matters of love, life, motherhood, and so much more...Always look over me as my angel from heaven until we meet again."
Sanjay's upcoming projects in Indian cinema
On the professional front, the Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. actor is set to star in the third installment of the popular Welcome franchise titled Welcome To The Jungle. The film features an ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Disha Patani, and Jacqueline Fernandez, among others, and is directed by Ahmed Khan. In addition to this project, Dutt also has other films lined up including a comic caper by Raaj Shaandilyaa.
