How did Sania Mirza lose 26kgs in 4 months post-pregnancy?
Tennis star Sania Mirza, who gave birth to a son last October, recently posted an update on Instagram where she revealed how she managed to knock off the extra fat, which she accumulated during gestation and post delivery. "I put on 23 kilos when I was pregnant and have managed to lose 26 in a span of 4 months or so," she narrated.

The long post that Sania posted recently also had a video attached to it that shows her sweating it out at the gym. Talking about the same, she said, "This is me after losing a bit of weight already after Izhaan was born .. roughly 2 and a half months after I delivered." In her post, the 32-year-old tried to motivate others by saying, "Believe me that one hour or 2 hours a day to yourself will do wonders to you physically but sooo much mentally as well." Yesterday, she shared another video, day 2 of her hitting the gym after delivery, showing her working out, albeit she looked a bit tired and fatigued.

"After day 1 of such rigorous work out, my body wanted to give up and accept that it may never respond to exercise the same way as before," she narrated, but something drove her.

"I've started practising and the plan is to try to comeback by January," she said, while hoping that her "body will support me."
